Kelly Whalen has over 20 years of experience as a fitness professional. She initially focused on “fixing” her clients’ problems, only to end up feeling unfulfilled. It wasn’t until Kelly shifted her focus to empowering clients to unlock their own potential that she found meaning in her work.
